Nordic Walking is Finnish and is THE trendy sport. Through the skilful use of the poles, about 85% of the muscles are moved and trained and therefore, the optimal balance between endurance and strength training can be reached. But compared to hiking, thanks to the special poles, the musculoskeletal system is less stressed by 30% and is particularly suitable for those with cross or knee problems. Is is likely practised in groups, with the slogan: Walking & Talking. Even here in South Tyrol, the Nordic Walking had made its breakthrough long ago and there were created specifically trails and paths. Here you find everything you desire.

Biking is one of the few sports that do not additionally burden our joints, especially hips, feet and knees, by our weight. It is the perfect training tool for endurance and physical fitness. Especially in South Tyrol, on the sunny side of the Alps, it is a much exercised sport.
