General information about your special holidays at the Pennhof.
1. Preferred arrival and departure dates are on Sundays or Thursdays. Other dates on request
2. We ask for a written confirmation by email. The prices are per person and day
3. Short stays (less than 3 nights) may include an extra charge of 10% per person.
4. The booking is confirmed at the receipt of the deposit
5. Half-board from 17 April to 13 November 2011 and 30 March to 11 November 2012.
6. Deduction overnight stay with breakfast : € 10,00.
7. Surcharge for single occupancy € 8,00.
8. Surcharge for single occupancy in the double room: € 15,00.
9. 3rd and 4th person (adult from 14 years old) in the family room 20% discount.
10. We are sorry to inform yout that from 2012 onwards we do not accept dogs and animals anymore. Thank you.
11. On arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 clock on the afternoon.
12. On departure day, we ask our guests to leave the rooms at 10.30 in the morning.
13. Cancellations are unpleasant. Please, let us know it in advance. We try to be tolerant.
14. Little vacationers: In the room with parents or grandparents (2 adults), are applied the following prices:
0-1 years: you stay and have breakfast for free.
1-2 years: 90% discount
2-3 years: 80% discount
3-4 years: 70% discount
4-5 years: 60% discount
5-6 years: 50% discount
6-7 years: 40% discount
7 -12 years 30% discount
12 - 99 years sleeping in extra bed - 20% discount
Single with kids: Please ask about our special rates. .
15. Train & air travellers: we pick up all train passengers from the station of Klausen, Bresssanone or Ponte Gardena for free. If you travel by plane, we offer you a transfer service from Bolzano to our inn. Service provided for small fee of maximum € 50,00.
16. Internet: All our rooms have W-Lan Internet (small fee required).

17. Cancellation:
- Cancellations are accepted by email only.
- Cost free cancellactions is possibile until 4 weeks before arrival. Any other cancellation will be charged with 70% of the full price.
- In case of early departure from Pennhof we are charging 70% of the halfboard treatment price.
