Home-grown organic meat
For us, the production of highest quality organic meat is of great concern. For this reason we are one of those mountain farms, which produces so called Bio Beef (organic beef) for South Tyrol.
We run since 2002 a purely biological agriculture, which means that the animals are kept and fed according to their natural way of life. In the summer with fresh grass on our pasture and in the winter with our own hay and roughage in the barnstable with run.
We prepare our dishes only with our most tender organic meat. Enjoy those culinary delicacies.
