Elmar's manual skills are cooking. The younger son of the Braun family has earned his knowledge abroad. Back home in South Tyrol, he knows how to create with the products and gifts from South Tyrol mouth-watering dishes, which can make every gourmet's heart beat faster. And of course, entirely without glutamate or other flavour enhancers. Pure nature that can be tasted!

Feasting with the seasons
At the Pennhof we are guided by Mother Nature. The seasons come and go and so do our delicacies.
In the spring we enjoy the healthy vegetables and juicy organic meat from our own cattle. When the warm season starts, we invite you to a homelike barbecue on our sun terrace.
In the fall when nature wears her golden dress, it is time for the traditional roasted chestnuts "Törggelen" of the Isarco Valley. Enjoy roasted chestnuts and young wine at a cosy get-together and traditional music.
