For our chef Elmar, cooking is a passion to share with others, which is why he loves to cook for guests. His specialties are highlights from South Tyrolean cuisine along with international favorites, for which he selects exclusively local, organic produce.

For Elmar, culinary creativity has no limits. He mainly uses a varity of seasonal vegetables, salad greens and herbs from the Pennhof Green Hotel’s own garden. This means the menu changes according to the season. The delicious meat from the farm’s own organic husbandry is a great experience for gourmands. No artificial additives are used in any meals prepared at the Pennhof!
